I ordered this grill, which was $60 less here at Wal-Mart for the *exact* same model that was advertised at Home Depot, and it arrived one week later, which was great. It was well packaged, and because I am methodical (that sounds nicer than \"slow\"), it took me about 2 hours to assemble. :-) The directions were some of the better ones I have read when having to assemble things. I wanted to wait until I actually grilled on it to review, which I did over the Memorial Day Weekend. I am very pleased with the way it heats up and cooks, and I overall really do think it's a great grill. The two reasons I went with a 4 and not a 5 are these: 1) The left and right sides of the grill have holes in the bottom that attach to screws that hold it up vertically. One hole on the left side of mine was crimped (severely bent) and although it was easily fixed by bending it back into place with some pliers, I didn't think I should have had to do that with a new item. 2) While this does an really good job of funneling the grease into the grease trap, I was still a little disappointed that grease still dripped from the grill to the inside bottom of the unit, as well as onto my concrete porch, from the rear lid. I know I had it put together correctly, and the grease trap indeed did catch the lion's share of the grease. I just wanted it to catch even more. I might add that you really do need to take out the grills and \"tents inch that are over the burners and clean that area after each use (in addition to cleaning the grease trap), especially if you're doing burgers and sausage as was I. Overall though, I am very pleased.
